Awards earned include Vendor of the Year and Sales Person of the Year while at OxyChem. In the marketing team at Quaker State she earned a Communications of the Year award for the highest readership response in a trade magazine. While leading a sales team through deregulation at TXU, the team was twice awarded the EEI National Account Award voted by the top 600 US commercial and retail companies. Therese earned a BSBA from Akron University.
